Community Life Services Manager
Compensation: Starting at $58,000
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Location: Sagewood

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Community Life Service Manager responsible for assisting the Director of Community Life Services in planning, coordinating and as needed, directing a wide and variety scope of activities, events and programing which meet the social, educational and recreational needs of resident's population.
What You’ll Do:
- As directed, plan and coordinate and direct a wide scope of social, educational, and recreational activities and events
- As directed, participates in interviewing, selecting, training, evaluating CLS personnel, including transportation and activity coordinators
- Manages direct report responsible for inputting data into resident's portal, digital signage throughout the community
- Works with Director on maintenance of annual departmental budget
- Manage and submit CLS payroll to human resources on regular basis
- Manage and submit CLS expenses reconciliation/expenses to finance department on a regular basis

Qualifications:
- Event and activity management experience preferred
- Supervisory experience required
- Experience in senior living, recreation, events or social administration
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites, Internet and Intranet usage
- Must be friendly, helpful and outgoing and possess a strong desire to work with senior adults
- Must have excellent organizational skills, take initiative, and be an independent thinker
