About the role

Onit is seeking a Financial Manager with a strong analytically driven background who thrives in a fast-paced, results oriented environment. The Financial Manager will play a critical role on our GTM, helping establish pricing strategies and managing our pricebook. The role will also be responsible for important forecasting processes, such as projecting bookings, churn & revenue for the company, all of which are key board deck deliverables. This will be a high visibility role with a significant impact across the business.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Own the company pricebook
Create new pricing for new products and analyze current pricing structure, proposing changes and modeling out the impact
Improve and own the forecast process for
- Pipeline
- Bookings
- Churn
Analyze expense data, trends, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Create output to visually communicate complex, detailed financial data and analysis to C-
Suite executives and Board Members.
Continuously assess and improve financial processes and workflows for greater efficiency and accuracy

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or another related field.
4 years of experience working in finance / financial planning and analysis (FP&A) is preferred
Experience supporting the sales and GTM teams from an FP&A perspective
Ability to effectively prioritize multiple work responsibilities simultaneously
Confident and effective communication skills – both electronically, verbally, and over video
Deep experience in MS Excel modeling, including financial forecasting, budgeting, and
variance analysis. Familiarity with GAAP required.
Ability to communicate and collaborate well with multiple business partners across the
company and display strong initiative to anticipate and meet business demands of senior
management.
