As the Lead Specialist HR Support you are responsible for regional/country specific Admin and Payroll activities representing different specialist area's and/or countries. Driven by an understanding of end-to-end HR processes and systems, a tiered model of operation and in collaboration with the Regional Relationship Manager and other HRSS team members, the HR Admin and Payroll Support is challenged to ensure stable execution of Payroll processes in the region, with a continuous focus on service improvements, as well as offering support in the execution of various administrative tasks (such as documents, policies, procedures, WI…etc). In this key role, it is critical to manage & communicate effectively with Stakeholders, understand end to end HR processes/ systems and participate in projects sometimes around ambiguous circumstances.

Your key responsibilities

  • Realize HR specialist activities in the assigned specialist areas, countries or processes, be constantly aware of efficiencies or improvement in the activities performed and/or the work processes
  • Act as a liaison between P&O stakeholders and Tier 2 support activities, to ensure smooth interaction between P&O stakeholders (e.g. managers, employees, PST) and GES HR
  • Prepare relevant analytics & reports as needed by the client & manage data input based on standardized processes & controls, ensure a smooth integration/transition to HRSS systems and tools (regional and local) for new and existing employees
  • Provide back-up and support for Poland  
  • Give advice on policy implementation or execution based on expertise HR policies, processes, programs and tools are optimally implemented and up-to-date

 You bring

  • At minimum, bachelor’s degree in Human Resources management, Business, Finance or related discipline
  • 5 or more years of experience in Human Resources Operations, including HRIS, payroll and time and attendance
  • Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central preferred
  • Exceptional adherence to detail, efficiency and accuracy
  • A personality of courageous team member who embraces change and new ideas, enthusiastic collaborator who works to find solutions together
