Description
Bring compassionate, community-based dental care directly to students and families as our Mobile Dental Care Coordinator.Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
The Mobile Dental Care (MDC) Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Mobile Dental Unit, helping expand access to high-quality oral health services in rural and school-based settings. This position partners closely with schools, community organizations, and internal dental leaders to coordinate scheduling, streamline referrals and consent processes, and ensure seamless clinic operations at each mobile site.
Through collaboration, outreach, and strong operational coordination, the MDC Coordinator helps remove barriers to care and advance our mission to Inspire Hope. Promote Wellness.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling, preregistration, and consent processes for mobile dental clinic sites
- Serve as liaison between dental providers, schools, and community partners
- Support outreach efforts, including mobile/portable events, health fairs, and oral health education initiatives
- Collaborate with Dental leadership to promote and expand outreach activities
- Conduct site checks and coordinate logistics for Mobile Dental Unit visits
- Support reporting, program tracking, and continuous quality improvement efforts
- Prepare and orient Mobile Dental staff to off-site workflows and daily operations
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and related safety standards
- Travel to community and school-based sites as needed
Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
• High School/GED required
• Associate/Bachelor’s degree in dental training and/or hygiene preferred• At least two (2) – five (5) years’ experience preferred
• Familiarity with safety net services, including familiarity with issues that impact the health and well-being of high-risk populations required
• Must be self-motivated, disciplined and believe in the values, and mission of the company
• A valid driver's license and agency established minimum automobile coverage required
