Halcyon Home is hiring a PRN Hospice Registered Nurse to support our growing geriatric hospice population in Humble, TX and surrounding areas. We offer competitive pay, and wonderful team support. Homecare Homebase experience is a plus. We are locally owned by a female and are recognized as the 5th largest woman-owned business in Austin, Texas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and admissions.
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care during regular visits.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Offer support and education to patients and their families.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for one week, with an extra stipend for your dedication.

Requirements
- Current RN license and good standing with the state nursing board
- Knowledge or experience utilizing Homecare Homebase EMR would be a plus
- Experience in hospice or related healthcare setting preferred
- Strong clinical and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
