Commercial Roofing Field Technician

This is a full-time, direct placement role at Citadel Roofing and Solar.

Citadel Roofing and Solar is a well-established fast growing fully integrated roofing and  solar company with more than 30 years of contracting experience, and a stellar reputation  of service excellence to new construction homebuilders and homeowners throughout  Northern, Central, and Southern California. Additionally, we now offer commercial re-roofing, TI, repairs, and maintenance services for C&I customers throughout California.  We are looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing Technician with proven experience  in various commercial roofing system applications. This position is field based and  includes overnight travel and reports to the Commercial Roofing Division Manager.  

Primary Position Responsibilities: 

• Strong focus on quality installations and exceptional attention to detail.  

• Ability to carry out assigned tasks and duties with minimal supervision. 

• Provide guidance and support to crew members as needed or required. 

• Comply with company safety standards and practices to promote a safe and  clean work environment. 

• Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

 • 4+ years of commercial roofing, both low slope and steep roof systems. 

• Roof system applications to include Coatings, Hot Air Welded Single Ply,  Standing Seam Metal knowledge a plus. 

• Previous experience and or certification for use of Forklift, Lull, Scissor Lift and  or Boom lift beneficial. 

• Bilingual – English/Spanish highly desirable.  

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving history. 

• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, drug test and physical.
