Junior Customer Communications QA Manager

We now have an exciting opportunity to bring a Product Manager (Data) on-board our Digital Product Team, based in Berlin, working across all brands and territories, to take our data driven organization to the next level. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to be part of the food revolution and join our food-tech start-up.

As a part of the team, you'll be responsible for:

Manage and lead a team of Quality Assurance Experts and trainers.

Management of continuous improvement activities.

Oversee and lead day to day team operations and performance.

Work in tandem with the trainers to drive training development opportunities.

Delegating tasks, setting clear goals and deadlines.

Weekly performance assessments and reporting of both team performance and review analysis.

Responsible for planning and overseeing projects, including designating project resources.

Monitoring team progress and keeping stakeholders updated.

Review of innovation and automation opportunities.

Requirements

Proactive in looking for opportunities and challenges and able to drive initiates independently.

Technically adept and have a good understanding of data processing and reporting.

A team player, collaborating across the organisation as a whole.

An analytical mindset with a thorough understanding of business metrics and Customer Communication processes.

Ideally 1+ year's experience in training and people management.
