Implementation Engineer - Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Configure Verifiable’s SaaS solutions for clients
• Collaborate with Implementation Managers and other internal stakeholders to ensure that implementation projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standard
• Provide technical support to clients during the implementation process
• Learn the Verifiable product and platform to operate as an expert and trusted technical resource for customers and internal teams 
• Perform troubleshooting and debugging of technical issues as needed
• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to the implementation process
• Participate in testing and quality assurance activities
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SaaS technologies and industry trends
• Develop and maintain Salesforce automation, data, security, and operational best practices. 

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience implementing and configuring SaaS solutions for clients
• Strong technical skills in SaaS technologies (Salesforce required)
• Experience with cloud-based systems and integrations
• Understanding of Salesforce sharing model and how to set up users, profiles, roles, reports, and dashboards in the Salesforce platform
• Understanding of data migration leveraging the Apex Data Loader
• Experience with Salesforce flow automation 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service
• Ability to specify technical changes to technical/development teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
