We are seeking an experienced Long Reach Excavator Operator for a direct hire opportunity with a leading commercial marine construction company in Fort Myers, FL
Hours: 45 per week (overtime as required)
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities for Long Reach Excavator Operator:
- Safely and efficiently operate a long reach excavator in a marine construction setting.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and maintain proper documentation.
- Assist with equipment servicing and maintenance as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support project operations.
- Experience operating a long reach excavator (marine construction or dredging experience preferred).
- Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and precision.
- Dredging experience is a plus.
- Ability to work overtime, including Saturdays when required.
- Fluent in English (Spanish proficiency is a plus).
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
