Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and evaluate high-quality lessons that are designed to meet each student's unique needs and interests
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
• Organize and supervise extracurricular activities, such as school trips and clubs
• Continuously assess and record student progress, providing feedback to students, parents, and school leaders as needed
• Promote and maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment that encourages students to feel secure and confident in their learning
• Ensure that all lessons are differentiated to cater to individual needs and levels of ability
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and school events as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Year 6 teacher
• A proven track record of classroom management and student achievement
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A passion for making a positive impact on children's lives
