Senior Penetration Tester

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Senior Penetration Tester to join our UniQue Security Engineering Services team.

What will you be bringing to the team?

In this role, you will be able to:

• Undertake the responsibility of providing high quality services to our clients, in order to help them protect against the ever-changing cyber threat landscape
• Perform authorized tests on computer systems, in order to expose weaknesses in their security that could be exploited
• Be involved in planning and executing tests, performing vulnerability assessments, documenting your methodologies, designing fixes and improving security protocols
• Create detailed reports about your findings

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

Your experience, skillset and qualifications are going to help you succeed in this position, moving forward.

• University/College degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology or other relative discipline
• Master’s Degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity or similar area will be considered a plus
• 5+ years of proven working experience in the field of security testing
• Expertise in penetration testing (Web Application, Infrastructure, Wi-Fi, etc)
• Proven experience with Vulnerability Assessment tools such as Nessus
• Advanced knowledge of penetration testing tools and techniques (e.g., Kali, Metasploit)
• Any related professional qualification (e.g., OSEE, OSCE, OSEP, OSWE, OSCP, GSEC, GPEN, GCIH, etc.) will be highly appreciated
• Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal
• Flexibility to travel abroad (mainly EU countries, 5% of the working time)
• Genuine interest in exploring new security testing techniques and working with new technologies

Preferred hands on experience in:

• Secure Code Reviews and relevant frameworks and tools
• Threat modelling tools and methodologies such STRIDE
• Threat hunting, red/blue teaming and threat intelligence
• Security Development Lifecycle experience (requirements gathering, source code review, penetration testing)
