About the role

Job Description

Fabletics is currently looking for a passionate and experienced ESA / Chief of Staff to partner directly with the GM Europe, based in Berlin, Germany.

About the Role

We are looking for a high-impact strategic operator to partner directly with the GM Europe and drive clarity, alignment, and execution across our European business. This role blends strategy, business analysis, and Chief-of-Staff responsibilities—ideal for a sharp, structured thinker who can turn data into decisions, coordinate complex cross-functional work, and keep the organization pointed toward growth, efficiency, and operational excellence.

You will serve as the GM’s strategic right hand: owning business performance insights, steering priority initiatives, sharpening executive communications, and ensuring the entire European organization moves with speed and focus. This is a high-visibility role with significant leadership exposure and a clear pathway toward expanded responsibility.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive strategic planning and decision support for the GM—preparing insights, scenarios, and recommendations.

  • Own cross-functional project coordination, ensuring priorities are clear, timelines are met, and initiatives move from concept to execution.

  • Produce high-quality executive communications: business reviews, presentations, dashboards, and stakeholder updates.

  • Lead the operational rhythm of the Office of the GM, including leadership meetings, agendas, pre-reads, and action-tracking.

  • Monitor performance metrics, identify issues early, and propose process or execution improvements.

  • Act as a connective hub across teams and external partners to maintain alignment and momentum on key initiatives.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in consulting, strategy, operations, or Chief-of-Staff–type roles.

  • Strong analytical instincts with fluency in KPIs, business drivers, and data storytelling.

  • Mastery of PowerPoint and Excel/Sheets; comfort with Tableau/Power BI and raw data.

  • Proven ability to design efficient processes, manage complex cross-functional projects, and operate in ambiguity.

  • Exceptional communication skills—clear, concise, and visually strong.

  • High organizational rigor with the ability to prioritize and execute at speed.

  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset suited to a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What’s in it for you?

  • Compensation: Our compensation package includes a competitive salary, a flexible annual bonus scheme, and participation in our company equity program.

  • Holidays: Relaxation is important! That's why we offer unlimited discretionary paid time off on top of your contractual holidays, plus 4 Fridays off during the Summer, and a Week of rest in the Winter.

  • Professional Development: We want you to have dedicated time for your professional development. That is why we created the “Style Your Day” initiative. You can use the morning for career development programs and company sponsored mentorship opportunities and spend your afternoon taking care of personal goals that matter most to you!

  • Work Life Balance: As an international company we understand that not everybody works the same hours, so if you need to start late, finish early, or take time for yourself during the middle of the day, go ahead! Also, we care about maintaining healthy work life balance, so we have introduced the policy of no meetings Friday!

  • Health & Wellness Benefit: Fitness is in our DNA, that’s why we partnered with ClassPass and offer discounts in
