Senior Officer Labelling Support (m/f/d)

In Global Business Services, we support BASF's divisions with a cross-functional network and offer modern solutions tailored to the needs of the business. As a specialized service unit we ensure a high level of customer orientation and we design our services to be cooperative, efficient and future-oriented.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of our Label Services team, you contribute to the Supply Chain and help to ensure that BASF's goods are labelled correctly and on time.

 

• You support users of labelling tools throughout Europe and serve as an important and accessible point of contact for European companies.
• One of your main tasks is to maintain the label assignment to the product and to continuously optimise the working area.
• In addition, you are responsible for the design of simple layouts and the review of label allocations from a legal (compliance) point of view.
• You maintain settings in the system for new users or technical updates.
• Furthermore you are involved in cross-team tasks (reporting, projects, testing, business release management). 

QUALIFICATIONS

• completed commercial training plus further training in logistics
• first professional experience in labelling support 
• good knowledge of MS-Office and basic knowledge in SAP R/3
• fluent oral and written communication in German and English
• innovative Mindset and the ability for the systematic search of errors
