As a Data Engineering Lead in Commercial Data Lake in AbbVie Business Technology Solutions (BTS), you’ll have opportunities to contribute to the digital transformation of a leading biopharma company, helping to create solutions that impact patients and their communities for the better.

The Data Engineering Lead directs, manages, plans and administers the operational and technical activities associated with the end to end Data Products & Analytics solution delivery to support Patient Services function. This role will be responsible for setting goals & strategies and for managing a Database Engineering team that defines and maintains data architecture & data models, defines and enforces design standards & guidelines, builds and manages data pipelines, data structures & services, supports rolls out and operations of data products & solutions spanning multiple database platforms, technologies and applications.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

• Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
• Acts as primary point of contact for the cross functional teams including the business stakeholders, Program/Project managers, external agencies and partners, technical architects and development team, taking accountability for end-to-end data products delivery and to maintain the delivery excellence.
