🎯 What You’ll Actually Be Doing:Keep it smooth: Handle the daily repairs and keep our systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) from throwing tantrums.Fix it fast: Something’s broken? You’re already halfway there. Respond quickly to guest repair needs and safety concerns.Stay ahead of the game: Run preventive maintenance so things don’t go sideways.Save the stay: Jump on guest issues with a cool head. Use basic tools and equipment with confidence and safety.Make it safe: Know your codes, follow the rules, keep it secure. Maintain safety standards and cleanliness in all work areas.Roll with the crew: Team up with Housekeeping, Front Desk, and outside vendors to keep the vibe flowing.
