YOUR DAY TO DAY

Seasonal Receptionists are responsible for creating a welcoming experience by greeting guests, scheduling and adjusting appointments, processing payments, and providing overall support to the store. Success requires adaptability, attention to detail, and teamwork to enhance the client experience. The schedule for this position is flexible and adjusts monthly based on stores needs. The initial duration of the position is 3 months, with the possibility of extension depending on performance and ongoing business requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet + check in/ out clients with appointment booking + processing system, Booker
• Learn + maintain expert level knowledge of S+B airbrush tanning + sugaring services, memberships, and product line
• Perform tasks to maintain a clean, organized environment by ensuring lobby cleanliness, restocking products, handling laundry, replenishing disposables, and upholding a sanitary workspace
• Answer client questions surrounding the tanning/sugaring process, formula, services offered, and before/aftercare of the clients service
• Responding to client emails and text messages regarding appointments and services

REQUIREMENTS

• Customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills, including experience with booking and scheduling software
• An eye for detail + a positive attitude
• Ability to multi task + adapt in a fast paced environment
