About the role

Imagine a future where you’re part of a talented and engaged risk finance team contributing to strengthening the management of financial risks

Join us in this role where you’ll help create the link between our largest financial risks, our risk management activities, and the resulting financial impact. You’ll carry out regular reporting of key financial risk metrics, assist the team’s analysts in various development and analysis tasks, as well as handle tasks on your own. There will be continuous learning opportunities and you will also have the opportunity to be involved in large-scale projects aimed at strengthening our financial risk management.

Welcome to Financial & Construction Commodity Risk
You’ll be part of the Risk Finance team where you, together with your colleagues, will work in a supportive, caring and intellectually stimulating environment. Our team transforms complexity into relevant financial stories through a mix of deep knowledge about the business, risk factors, energy and financial markets, valuation of derivatives, and accounting. In our work, collaboration is highly encouraged to achieve shared goals both within the team and across the Risk Management function.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • carrying out regular reporting on financial metrics and hedging activities to key stakeholders
  • carrying out ad-hoc support and analyses to stakeholders across the business
  • being involved in projects to strengthen the management of financial and construction commodity risks
  • developing and optimising digital tools, reports, and robust processes within the team for our financial, hedge accounting, and forecasting deliveries.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • are currently on the last year of your bachelor’s degree or starting a master’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or similar
  • are analytically strong and can communicate complex matters in a simple way
  • are structured, take responsibility, and can manage your own tasks, priorities, and deadlines
  • have excellent IT skills in particular in Python SQL, VBA/Excel, and Power BI.

Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
