Operations Intern - HQ

These therapies help you feel your best, so you can do more of what you love.

This is a part-time, paid internship with the opportunity to work on-site at Restore’s Headquarters located close to St. Edward’s University. The internship will last for approximately 8 weeks: June 5 through August 4, 2023.

This internship will contribute to the success of ordering and procurement at Restore and is suitable for someone looking to enter the Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or Purchasing fields. Experience in this internship includes:

• Introduction to our ERP, NetSuite, a common tool in supply chain roles
• Learn to create sales orders and purchase orders
• Learn about navigating compliance in relation to procurement and logistics
• Help collect and archive compliance information such as MSDS, prescription labels, and other legal documents
• Learn about procurement platforms and their daily administration, including how to configure new vendors, facilities, users, and manage a growing product catalog
• Look at our use of ERP software (Netsuite) at Restore, and make a recommendation for how to best expand and leverage this in the supply chain.

Requirements

• Basic to intermediate excel skills
• Basic to intermediate cost accounting / retail math knowledge
• Agility in projects, able to switch between tasks
• Able to work well in a team
• Self-starter
• Eager to learn
