Who We Are
HII - Mission Technologies is seeking a results-driven and dedicated Senior Program Manager to join our Global Security team at Fort Bliss in El Paso, TX. This role will be supporting the Army's - Aerial Combat Defense Capabilities (ACDC) program.
What You Will Do

Senior-level leadership ensuring achievement of performance and financial goals for assigned programs.

Ensure adequate and timely staffing of all programs to include professional development of all assigned personnel. Conduct individual performance assessments and successor planning.

Maintain close contact with customers to make requisite and timely adjustments to programs.

Work with all functional departments as required to ensure continued customer satisfaction, compliance with corporate policies and standards, and to maintain high ethical standards.

Develop and guide initiative to improve our value to customers and creates identifiable differentiators amongst our competitors.

Lead people and programs while developing new business opportunities within DoD in accordance with assigned growth targets and ensure adequate preparation and submission of winning proposals for re-compete efforts.

Support and advise on growth strategy initiatives within HII, maintaining a focus on DOD and USG clientele.

Identify potential customers, analyze their requirements, and tailor strategies to address their needs and challenges.

Provide insights for informed decision-making during pursuits, including competitive assessments and pricing-to-win strategies.

Collaborate with teaming partners and suppliers to enhance bid teams' effectiveness and competitiveness.

Collaborate with senior leadership, providing insights on market trends, competitive intelligence, and strategic opportunities.

Communicate periodic progress, status updates, and risk assessments to senior management.

Personally model HII values of integrity, safety, honesty, engagement, responsibility and performance.
What You Must Have
-
Must currently have and be able to maintain an active Secret Security Clearance.
-
IAT Level II Certification (Security +).
-
Must have at least 5 years experience in the management of a Simulation Center, its projects or programs in large scale Live Virtual Constructive (LVC) training environment including management of remote CONUS and OCONUS locations.
-
5 years of experience with the simulation, architecture, planning and execution of Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) exercises at Unit to Theater level to include Joint and Coalition.

5 years of experience with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) accreditation process.

Experience within the Mission Training Center (MTC) Warfighter Exercise domain.

Strong understanding of the federal contract and acquisition process.

Exceptional strategic thinking skills translating market and customer insights into winning strategies.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization and with external partners.

Experience participating in proposal development and solutioning sessions.
-
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple initiatives concurrently.
