Job Description Summary:

What you need to know about the role:
We are seeking a results-oriented (Sr) Manager to work across PayPal in the delivery of broad development investments including executive and leadership development, coaching, and assessment. This role will work closely with leadership, people business partners and other members of the People and Places organization to successfully deliver talent assessment, coaching administration, and promotion practices. Additionally, this position will have a primary role in project management and go to market activities and materials.

The successful candidate will be accountable for leading programs at scale, from needs identification to implementation, considering the unique needs of our internal customers and external best practices.
