You will closely collaborate with the organization's product managers and line managers to help them learn and adopt necessary knowledge, practices and skills and take decisions in their journey towards product management excellence. </span></span></p> <p><span><span>Concretely, you will </span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span>Lead or participate in workshops to align, review and maintain standards for IT Product Management processes, practices, tools and metrics </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Assess proficiency of product managers and maturity of the product management capability to identify improvement opportunities </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Research, evaluate and propose new training and learning offerings for emerging and experienced product managers </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Advise and coach product managers and their managers on their journey towards higher skill proficiency and practice maturity </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Propose changes and report progress to management stakeholders related to product management maturity and organizational development</span></span></li> </ul> <p><b><span><span>What you bring</span></span></b></p> <ul> <li><span><span>A University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Industrial Engineering. A focus on process improvement or project management would be of advantage.  </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Work experience working as an IT Product Manager or as Product Management Consultant for IT  </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Knowledge of and experience with working with agile teams </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Willingness to learn and develop your skills and knowledge </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Open mindset, the passion to work with people, and a positive can-do-attitude </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Fluent English Language </span></span></li> <li><span><span>Strong written and verbal communication skills</span></span></li> </ul> <p><b><span><span>Meet your team</span></span></b></p> <p><span><span>The Lean-Agile Center of Excellence is a global team of experts and coaches who align common standards and support lean and agile ways of working across SAP's IT organization.
