Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.</p> <h2>Your role:</h2> <ul> <li>Requirements’ collection; internal clients assistance in order to define services and IT functional specifications and to transform them into technical specifications for the developer;</li> <li>Participation in the evaluation and implementation projects duty in sending the technical solution for projects that are under his/her responsibility (the business requirements need to be considered in this case);</li> <li>Produce technical documentation for selection processes: The Demand of Offer, The Demand of Information, The Value Demand, The Evaluation Criteria Matrices etc;</li> <li>Needs to check the scope, the objectives, the detail design and the effort estimation regarding the technical solution;</li> <li>Has to assure an adequate knowledge transfer through the documentation’s creation and maintenance (associated to each process step), for the under responsibility systems;</li> <li>Needs to take part in daily meetings (present focused / retrospectives/ reviews) sprints’ scheduling, demos and other meetings regarding quick delivers;</li> <li>Will offer solutions estimation and analysis, regarding products’ backlog and sprints.</li> </ul> <h2>Your profile:</h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.</li> <li>Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical/System Analyst;</li> <li>Experience in working with multiple vendors;</li> <li>Experience in writing technical requirements;</li> <li>Experience in Waterfall and Agile projects;</li> <li>Advanced English level;</li> <li>SQL (Microsoft OR Oracle) - medium level;</li> <li>Excellent organizational and analytical abilities;</li> </ul> <p>Nice to have:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in integration protocols, web service API, Soap UI;</li> <li>Financial background or projects from this industry;</li> </ul> <h2>What you’ll love about working here:</h2> <ul> <li>Flexible and dynamic work environment involving teams spread across different global locations;</li> <li>Communities with shared interests and identities, all working together to advance diversity, equity and inclusion within the workplace and society;</li> <li>Do you want to learn more?
