We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Communications Assistant to support our communications team in planning, coordinating, and executing effective internal and external communication strategies. This role is ideal for someone who excels in writing, organization, and creative problem-solving, and is eager to grow within a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and distributing press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials.

• Support social and internal communication campaigns (planning, drafting, and proofreading content).

• Maintain and update company communication channels and databases.

• Coordinate with team members to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.

• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and event materials.

• Monitor media coverage and compile communication performance reports.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in communications, public relations, or similar roles (internship experience accepted).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.
