Hours and Pay
- PRN ONLY
- $20/Hour Base rate
- This position may be eligible for a shift differential depending upon schedule

Job Description
- Performs activities of daily living in accordance with residents' plan of care.
- Checks residents' vital signs, weight, and skin assessment and accurately records, as instructed. Any variances are reported to Charge Nurse.
- Observes and reports residents' complaints, changes in mood/physical appearance while providing care and/or responding to resident call lights.
- Performs residents'' individualized restorative nursing program, as ordered
- Assists residents in preparing for and transporting to/from medical appointments, activities, and social programs.
Qualifications
- Active CNA License in Maryland
- Active and current CPR Certification
- HS Diploma/equivalent
- At least 6 months equivalent combination of experience/training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities, required for the position.
