Job Summary
The Remote Field Trainer will be responsible for delivering Glass installation training to teammates and assessing opportunities to obtain and maintain quality standards. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver training to teammates through live and virtual curriculum
• Recommend and coordinate necessary training for areas of need based on quality reviews
• Mentor Glass technicians to ensure the quality and compliance are attained and sustained
• Assist in development and enforcement of quality control processes developed by team
• Assess teammate training needs and develop materials that will help teammates understand subject matter
• Follow up with teammates regarding training in-person or through conference calls
• Build and maintain partnerships and act as liaison with field leadership
• Provide leadership where required
• Alignment of top-down vision, goals and objectives from business strategy flowing through to successful completion of company objectives.
• Measure ongoing performance assessment, research and development of new capabilities, and systematically applying knowledge for success.
• Assist evaluation of training sessions created by the training team
• Identify opportunities to improve overall processes
• Oversee and execute special projects as needed
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• High school diploma or tech school graduate
• Opened to travel 60%
• Training or teaching experience preferred
• 3 years Glass installation experience required
• Ability to read and understand instructions, work flows, written estimates and work orders
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Strong project management, organization, and multi-tasking skills with the ability to adapt easily to changing, fast-paced environments
• Professional demeanor with a positive attitude, geared toward customer service
• Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR check
