Job Description

The ASL will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Greensboro P&S function by maintaining efficient office systems and supervising the administrative staff.

  • Leadership and Staff Management
    • Recruit, train, and manage administrative staff
    • Lead the onboarding process for new hires
    • Ensure high performance and adherence to company standards
  • Office Operations
    • Develop and implement efficient office procedures
    • Manage office supplies inventory and procurement
    • Coordinate with IT to ensure operational equipment
    • Manage facility requests and on-site services
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide direct administrative support as needed
    • Manage SharePoint sites and produce functional communications
    • Plan and coordinate in-house or off-site group activities
    • Administer P-card and invoice orders, processing and reporting

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and SharePoint
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
