Senior Associate - Product Delivery

As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in CTC's Core Services organization, you are responsible to optimize and integrate product processes, tools and people. You will work to bring together key elements of a product line and its Products to ensure coordinated outcomes. Working with the Product Delivery Director and the Product team, you will be trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.
Job responsibilities
- Creates synergies across products to ensure successful delivery against business objectives
- Collects key inputs from across products to ensure the full product-line framework highlights our core cross-product priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs
- Calculates metrics for portfolio management operations and analyzes data for areas of opportunity
- Develops change initiative materials and change timelines
- Assists in the product-level collection strategy consisting of controls, financials, and resourcing needs
- Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
- Works across products to help ensure delivery against business objectives while coordinating reporting and communications plans for portfolio management operations and change initiatives
- Enables operational efficiency by supporting training, maturation, needs assessments, and continuous improvement practices
- Drives adaptation and modification of our product-line framework to ensure cross-product priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs are realized
- Supports the assembling and maintenance of product roadmap
- Works with Product Owners, Delivery Director, agility leads, and engineering to support the alignment of Epics and stories to help track product deliverables and success
- Be a self-starter, detail-oriented managing own workload and deliverables
- Apply knowledge of Jira, Jira-Align for excellent record management, hygiene, and reporting.
- Drive operational discipline, success and efficiencies within the team and the broader organization’s processes, new idea
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area.
- Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities.
- Experience in product deployment processes
- Ability to make decisions based on analysis, experience, data and judgment.
- Effective written and verbal communicator with excellent reasoning, organizational and presentation skills to both technical and product audiences, including senior executives.
- Experience with the Microsoft Office suite, Jira, Jira-Align & Confluence including Reporting.
- Experience with agile product development techniques and delivery
- Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
