We are seeking a dynamic Events Assistant to join our team in Las Vegas. The Events Assistant will play a critical role in supporting our event operations, working closely with the Events Manager to ensure each event is meticulously planned, executed, and exceeds expectations. This position is perfect for a highly organized and energetic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of real estate events, from concept through execution
• Collaborate with vendors, caterers, and other partners to ensure smooth event logistics
• Help with event setup, on-site management, and post-event teardown
• Provide excellent customer service and address any issues during events
• Monitor event timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to plans
• Coordinate event marketing efforts, including social media and email campaigns
• Gather feedback from attendees and prepare post-event reports

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
