As part of the Continuous Improvement our new Project Manager colleague will be responsible for proactive idea generation to define Continuous Improvement (CI) strategy within the Accounting Organization in close alignment with the management, followed by ensuring successful execution/implementation and providing know-how to the operational teams on agreed CI methodologies/tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Generating strategic ideas on how Continuous Improvement should be built into the culture of the Accounting Organization and step up on the maturity level at scale
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, productivity, and quality
  • Helping to define/improve data-driven approaches to evaluate the effectiveness of improvement efforts
  • Leading and facilitating workshops, training sessions, and meetings to communicate the objectives and methods of continuous improvement
  • Coordinating with departmental leaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment and engagement in improvement initiatives
  • Overseeing the execution of action plans, monitoring progress, and providing guidance as needed to overcome obstacles
  • Providing coaching and support to employees at all levels to empower them to identify opportunities for improvement and participate in problem-solving activities. Create training materials, manuals, and guidelines to support the adoption of new processes and behaviors
  • Building and executing change management and communication plans related to CI

As a project manager, you will coordinate all aspects of the company's project(s) end-to-end, from initiation through delivery (not necessarily CI projects). Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the project, i.e. product on schedule and within budget constraints.

  • Defining project scope, creating work breakdown structures, and managing changes to scope effectively
  • Creating and managing project schedules, full scale project plans, setting realistic timelines, and tracking progress against deadlines
  • Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks. Ensuring proactive risk management throughout the project lifecycle
  • Allocating and managing project resources efficiently, including personnel, budget, and materials

Required skills:

  • A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with 8 years of related experience or master’s degree with 6 years of related experience
  • Experience in leading establishment of continuous improvement in an organization. Lean/Six sigma knowledge/certification; Experienced in process improvement, operational excellence, organizational change
  • Strong project management skills, deep understanding of project management principles, methodologies and the ability to apply turn these into practice
  • Solid knowledge of the concept of change management methodology and the ability to apply in projects
  • Fluent English
  • Proficiency in tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Energetic, proactive, driver personality who got the ability to take ownership
  • Skilled at engaging, managing and influencing stakeholders; resolving complex issues and conflicts within the project team
  • Proficient communication and interpersonal skills
  • Structured, precise, got strong skills in summarizing executive level information, supporting decision making, communicating project risks and mitigation strategies to senior management
  • Flexible, got the ability to adapt to an ever-changing project environment
  • Assembling and leading cross-functional teams effectively, ability to build strong, cohesive teams that are highly motivated, productive, and adaptable
