Role Misson
Kantar Worldpanel is moving from legacy production systems to a cloud-based one. This transformation requires a strong Senior Operations executive - GCD Data deliverables who will work with the global teams team to play a key role in the MyWP Rollout Programme, driving its future and supporting end-to-end transformation initiatives. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering high-impact reporting projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging with regional stakeholders by supporting in the Go Live.
LatAm and Asia markets are the 2025 priority and rest of the world during following months. It is an exciting time to be part of the next stage of growth for Kantar and the Worldpanel division.
As an advocate, you will support regions on helping our main clients in the FMCG industry, by understanding their needs and deliver them the best and most sustainable solutions within MWP and KDS solutions for Global Clients. Achieve operational and technical standardization to deliver outstanding, agile, and flexible service for Company operations and client service teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with Regions Client Service, Operations, and Global Teams to ensure timely resolution of queries, requests, and issues.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with mid to senior-level internal stakeholders and client contacts.
- Manage requests initiation to completion, ensuring transparency and feasibility. Translate client requirements and operational capabilities, so all parties understand delivery needs and feasibility.
- Join Global Client Delivery meetings for scope evaluation briefings on report structure, rules, and data display.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into clear and actionable GCD reporting deliverables.
- Prioritize requests based on structure and targeted deadlines.
- Extract and validate data using various platforms/tools, ensuring quality control through macros.
- Prepare end-client deliverables using both industry-standard and Kantar-specific technologies.
- Set up, validate, and process GCD reports to facilitate their transition to Next-Gen KDS deliverables.
- Ensure a standardized, governed approach is driven across regions to support multi-country rollouts.
- Analyse and report monthly workload, identifying issues and bringing up when necessary.
- Prepare data migration support files for internal data familiarization and transition.
- Audit and recreate Ad-hoc reports within KDS and MyWP.
- Propose optimized report structures to improve efficiency and transition clients to MyWP/KDS solutions.
- Define and validate Global Attributes Hierarchies by integrating local data and ensuring accuracy against WPO Legacy figures.
- Maintain high-level knowledge of MWP functionalities, Market Scopes, Attributes, and Standard Packages.
- Complete MWP transition deliverables according to country-specific delivery plans.
- Become a service expert, developing a deep understanding of Operations and Client Service processes.
- Proactively seek feedback, input, and learning opportunities to drive personal growth and professional expertise.
- Foster positive relationships with internal teams, offering support and sharing knowledge.
Key Qualifications:
- University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a similar field, with interest in market research in FMCG, or 1-2 years of experience in a simila
