What you will do:
As a Field Operations Technician I, you will be responsible for ensure complete fulfillment of surgical set orders for the region and you will work hands on with the surgical equipment to guarantee sets are replenished and are 100% surgery ready upon their arrival.
- Receive and unpack incoming inventory
- Conduct inventory, replenishment, and inspection of incoming branch surgical sets to prepare for redistribution
- Perform transactions for inventory movements to maintain proper traceability of inventory
- Prepare and package surgical sets for shipment
- Work with courier and transportation services for distribution of product
- Participate in rotating on-call support nights and weekends when required
- Comply with all manufacturing procedures and training
- Ensure all daily orders are fulfilled while providing the highest quality product as measured by KPI’s
- Assist with cycle counting inventory in various hospitals and office locations throughout territory
What you need:
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associates Degree -preferred
- 2+ years of experience required
- Valid Driver’s license with good driving record required
- Must have the ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must have the ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend and evening call as needed
