Leasing Consultant

Are you a people-person with a knack for building connections? Do you enjoy helping others find the perfect place to call home? At Flaherty & Collins Properties, we’re looking for someone like you—enthusiastic, driven, and ready to make a difference in our residents’ lives. As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll do more than show apartments; you’ll be a trusted guide, helping individuals and families discover their next chapter in a community they’ll love.

 

What You'll Do:


Be the welcoming face of our community, greeting and engaging with prospective residents as they explore our property.


Showcase the unique features and amenities that make our property feel like home.


Guide prospective residents through the leasing process with care and attention to detail, making it as smooth and enjoyable as possible.


Prepare and execute lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.


Build lasting relationships with current residents by addressing their needs and creating a sense of belonging.


Be a problem solver and a go-to resource for questions and concerns, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.


Collaborate with your teammates to achieve leasing and occupancy goals.


Stay in the know about local market trends and competitor offerings so you can always highlight what makes us stand out.


Help plan and host fun and engaging resident events that bring the community together.

 

What Makes You a Great Fit:


A high school diploma or equivalent.


You’re a natural communicator with a warm, approachable personality.


You have experience in leasing, sales, or customer service—or you’re eager to learn and grow in these areas.


You love working with people and are committed to providing top-notch service.


You’re tech-savvy and comfortable using property management software and Microsoft Office tools.
