Senior Data Product Manager

Minimum Education

• Bachelor's Degree A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/statistical or business field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science). (Required)
• Master's Degree Masters preferred. (Preferred)

Minimum Work Experience

• 7 years; Requires deep functional knowledge with 7 years of related experience, or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position. (Required)

Required Skills/Knowledge

• Experience in a heavily regulated industry, with healthcare experience being a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of product management, with proven strategic impact.
• Extensive experience working with global, distributed, and multicultural teams.
• Strong background in agile methodologies and leadership.
• Experience in leading the development, delivery, and maintenance of complex, production-ready products.
• Expertise in statistical data analysis and machine learning, including advanced techniques and models such as time series forecasting, neural networks, and NLP.
• Expertise in Python for advanced modeling and use of machine learning/statistical packages.
• Strong experience with database skills, including SQL, NoSQL, and ETL coding.
