About the role

Overview

The Strider is responsible for the upkeep of the Two bin system.  Through strict adherence to the BlueBin daily management system (DMS), the Strider ensures that the Two bin program functions efficiently by upholding standards, performing stocking of the Two bin on nodes, and addressing customer needs in a timely and precise manner.

Qualifications

Education/Licensure/Certifications

High School Diploma/certificate of completion or GED required.  Some college preferred.

 

Experience

 

Previous experience in supply chain operations preferred.  Health care experience preferred.

 

Additional Skills/Abilities

 

Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, requiring prioritizing and changing tasks frequently and quickly. Excellent communication skills including the ability to communicate with people from diverse socio-economic backgrounds and the ability to use effective interpersonal and teamwork skills when working with a variety if people and situations. Must be able to organize work load, accomplish goals and objectives, and meet deadlines. Must be able to establish priorities, required and follow up in problem solving. Must have quality orientation and be attentive to detail.

  • Material handling equipment experience preferred
  • Good written communication skills
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred
