In this role, you’ll handle daily maintenance activities such as preventive and predictive equipment maintenance, inspections, general facility upkeep, and special projects that make a real impact.

You’ll be based out of our Claysburg Logistics Center, with occasional travel to nearby facilities (and occasional trips within a 2-hour radius)—all during your regular workday, so you’ll be home every night.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct monthly preventive maintenance checks and repairs on common area equipment and building components.2. Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures on common area equipment and building components. 3. Participate in special projects to ensure completion in a timely manner4. Perform general maintenance duties for facilities and grounds.5. Follow all safety practices 6. Assist members of the maintenance team with any projects as needed.7. Assist Sanitation Team with cleaning tasks that involve significant equipment disassembly or lifting equipment.

Overview

Perform daily maintenance tasks, including equipment preventive/predictive maintenance, inspections, and facility maintenance and lead special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)

Education• Technical / Trade training required

 

Experience• Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience required

 

Licenses/Certifications• None required

 

Tools & Equipment:• Hand tools (hammer, measuring devices, wrench, level, etc.)• Power Hand tools (saws, drill press, grinders, sanders, etc.)• Pneumatic tools (compressor, nailer, stapler, jack hammer, etc.)• Welding tools (torch, plasma cutter, welder, etc.)• Motorized Equipment (generators, pressure washer, fork lift, etc.)
