We are seeking a highly skilled Staff/ Sr Staff individual with experience to lead the development, implementation, and optimization of our Enterprise Applications landscape, with a central focus on SAP. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Engineering PLM processes, Supply chain dynamics, SAP modules pertinent to manufacturing and automotive industries, and a thorough grasp of business processes and workflows. Proficiency in CRM systems and payments will be a notable advantage.

In this role, you will:
- Spearhead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP solutions to bolster manufacturing operations, optimize supply chain management, and fortify other critical business functions
- A good grasp of Engineering PLM processes and how various PLM processes integrate with ERP and manufacturing
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into comprehensive technical specifications for SAP enhancements and customizations
- Employ a data-centric approach, leveraging enterprise data governance and data-driven insights to drive business optimization strategies
- Serve as the primary point of contact for issues and inquiries, delivering prompt troubleshooting and resolutions to mitigate disruptions effectively
- Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants engaged in SAP implementation projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
- Extensive hands-on experience (10+ years) in SAP implementation, configuration, and support, with a specialization in manufacturing and automotive modules (e.g. PLM, SAP PP, SAP MM, FICO, EAM)
- Profound understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and industry-specific requirements within the automotive sector
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, CRM) and payment processing solutions are highly desirable
Bonus Qualifications
- Possess a solid understanding of the ARIBA systems landscape and procurement processes
- Prior experience developing and maintaining seamless integrations between SAP and third-party systems, encompassing CRM platforms, payment gateways, and other enterprise applications
- Staying abreast of industry trends and advancements in SAP technology, proactively identifying opportunities for process refinement and system enhancements
