Communications Assistant - Entry Level

The Communications Assistant will work closely with high-profile clients on performance-driven initiatives that are constantly looking for innovative ways to propel their organizations and brands forward and improve their bottom line.

Responsibilities Include:

• Managing and carrying out initiatives as given by the marketing manager
• Integrating public relations efforts with consumer promotions through collaboration with the marketing team and key accounts
• coordinating in-store service activities and ensuring a smooth operation
• Developing and maintaining consumer relationships, as well as promoting promotional services
• Developing and enhancing measurement strategies for public relations campaigns in partnership with the marketing manager
• Designing marketing collateral and visual merchandising
• Creating and sustaining relationships with suppliers and retail event employees
• Keeping careful records of event attendance, production, and inventory.
• Finding fresh and imaginative ways to increase efficiency and identify new opportunities

Requirements

• 0-2 years experience in public relations, communications, marketing, or sales OR internship in related industries is preferred.
• Outstanding writing and vocal communication abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and work unattended and independently.
• Professional, customer-focused problem solver.
• Excellent monitoring and organization skills, as well as remarkable attention to detail.
