The ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for making TV advertising better and has traded programmatic video (ideally CTV) campaigns in multiple Demand Side Platforms (“DSPs”).  This individual should not only be a detail-oriented, data-savvy problem-solver, but also thrive on taking ownership and accountability for the success of their clients’ campaigns.  The video space is constantly changing and evolving, so we’re looking for a builder, a doer and someone who prefers figuring things out versus doing things the way they’ve always been done before. Collaboration and communication across teams are key; hands-on-keyboard (“HOK”) programmatic experience across multiple clients with different Key Performance Indicators (“KPIs”) a must; ad ops experience with VAST tags and wrappers a plus; linear experience also a plus, although the willingness to learn linear to deliver seamless cross-channel campaigns is great, too. RESPONSIBILITIES:●      Plan, activate & optimize programmatic CTV campaigns in multiple DSPs, including Walled Gardens●      Build and syndicate strategic audiences across multiple platforms, maximizing unduplicated reach●      Implement and troubleshoot Simulmedia-negotiated deals●      Secure publisher-specific creative approvals as needed●      Traffic and troubleshoot 3rd-party VAST tags from Google Campaign Manager, Innovid and/or Extreme Reach●      Traffic and troubleshoot wrapping tags as needed from other viewability and/or verification providers such as DoubleVerify, Human, Moat●      Manage daily pacing and performance reporting to meet or exceed client KPIs●      Work closely with Client Success and Sales to ensure we’re constantly driving our clients’ businesses forward●      Keep internal stakeholders abreast of any key wins, challenges or potential reallocations●      Work with finance on billing and reconciliation●      Develop and incorporate operational best practices for campaign set up, stewardship and optimization as Simulmedia expands across additional CTV Walled Gardens●      Collaborate with Product on incorporating key learnings to continually enhance TV+●      Collaborate with Investment on inventory needs, clearing prices, video-specific metadata and ongoing Supply Path Optimization (“SPO”)●      Test emerging CTV creative formats with partners such as Flowcode or Kargo●      Stay informed on key industry trends such as identity graphs, privacy, clean rooms, DSPs going direct to supply, Supply Side Platforms (“SSPs”) going direct to Advertisers, et cetera●      Attend and collaborate in onsite, in-person meetings on a regular daily basis  QUALIFICATIONS:●      A passion for all things video and making TV more accountable●      Professional maturity, strong interpersonal skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy●      Intellectual curiosity, fastidious attention to detail and the motivation to grow our business by helping our clients grow theirs●      2-3+ years of experience trading CTV and Online Video (“OLV”) campaigns in DSPs such as The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon Ads, Roku OneView, Beeswax or Xandr Invest●      Familiarity with the CTV ecosystem and the complexities of how inventory is syndicated and bought across multiple apps●      A key understanding of the nuanced implementation requirements between CTV’s app-based environments and OLV’s browser-based environments●      Knowledge of each CTV Walled Garden’s proprietary inventory and data●      An understanding of where and how video fits into the customer journey●      Experience with post-view attribution data and optimizing to exposure-based outcomes●      Experience using proxy/debugging tools to troubleshoot ad requests and responses●      Facility working with large data sets in Excel, including pivot tables and vlookupWe're required to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances of each case, but a reasonable estimate of the current base range for this role is $67,000 - $105,000. Note that this range is specific to national metro areas and that offers take into account a wide variety of potential factors considered in compensation, including but not limited to skill, qualifications, accomplishments, experience, credentials, and business needs.
