Training Lead

This role is a key enterprise leadership position responsible for shaping and scaling IT training strategy across the organization. You will define the vision, standards, and governance for all learning programs related to enterprise systems and technology platforms. Acting as both strategist and hands-on expert, you will design and deliver impactful training solutions that enable users to adopt complex tools with confidence. You will lead a team of training professionals while ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with business priorities. The role requires close collaboration with IT leaders, business stakeholders, and external partners to identify capability gaps and translate them into effective learning interventions. In a fast-evolving digital environment, you will drive continuous improvement and innovation in learning practices.
