Location: Estancia Del Norte Hotel, San Antonio, TX

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team at Estancia Del Norte Hotel. As the Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service from check-in to check-out.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing and supervising the front desk staff, ensuring that they are providing excellent customer service to guests

- Train and develop front desk staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively

- Ensure that all guest requests and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally

- Manage room reservations and ensure that all guest information is accurate and up-to-date

- Monitor and maintain the front desk area to ensure that it is clean, organized, and welcoming to guests

- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure that guest needs are met and that the hotel is operating efficiently

- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

- Maintain accurate records and reports related to front desk operations

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a front desk management role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software

- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
