The Role:
The Senior Project Coordinator provides executive level administrative support to the Project Management Team, including Construction Field Personnel, Business Development and Design Services for the Mountain West Office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Support for the Team on multiple active construction projects to ensure success
- Assist with document management using construction project management software
- Assist in obtaining city, state, and county licensing and permits
- Coordinate and assist in obtaining documents for Builder’s Risk policies and follow up with insurance agency to ensure proper coverage for projects
- Assist in obtaining tax documents and resale certificates as needed
- Coordinate and prepare Project Start-up Package for on-site Construction Project Manager
- Place order for plans and/or specifications as requested by the Team
- Maintain Certificates of Insurance from Contractors and keep all current
- Enter project budgets into accounting system after review and approval by Project Executive and Director of Pre-Construction
- Review and process Contract documents for Subcontractors and Vendors and enter into accounting system
- Prepare and process Client Change Orders and enter into accounting system
- Maintain various project reports and logs on all assigned projects
- Review and process Requests for Payment and Vendor invoices including Lien Releases and other required documents
- Assist with Project Close-Out as needed
- Perform other miscellaneous tasks as needed
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, OneNote
- Working knowledge of Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Acumatica, and Smartsheet desired
- Experience with Autodesk, a plus
- Financial/Accounting background with emphasis on Construction
- Thrive within a fast team environment with ability to multi-task and prioritize job responsibilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Communicate effectively and timely verbally and in writing
- Ability to work independently as needed

Prerequisites:
- Some college is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry
- Experience as a Project Administrator, Coordinator, Buyer, Project Engineer, or similar necessary
- Executive level support experience required
Compensation:
This role will have a base salary of $85,000 to $95,000 depending on level of experience. Other company incentives include full medical, dental and vision benefits, 401K match and generous PTO.
