Our 48-bed unit — including 8 Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU) beds — is home to some of the most exciting work in neuroscience nursing, including awake craniotomies, laser thermal ablation, and endoscopic microsurgery.

What You'll Do

You are more than a caregiver — you are a clinical leader and patient advocate. In this role, you'll deliver evidence-based, individualized care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, mentor the next generation of nurses, and help shape the future of nursing through shared leadership and quality improvement.

Shift Details

Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | 3 shifts/week
Rotating weekends, holidays, and on-call shared among the team.

Compensation That Reflects Your Worth

• 💰 $15,000 Sign-On Bonus
• 🌙 18% Night Shift Differential
• 📅 $3.00/hour Weekend Differential
• 📲 $5.00/hour On-Call Rate

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Valid RN license in state of practice (compact/interim accepted)
• Active BLS Certification
• Recent acute care experience strongly desired

Preferred:

• BSN & professional nursing certification
• A passion for mentoring and a commitment to excellence
