Staff Salesforce Developer, Enterprise Applications

Quantcast seeks a talented Staff Salesforce Developer to join our IT Enterprise Applications team. As part of global Corporate Technology, we empower internal business teams with reliable technologies to increase productivity. We partner with teams across the company such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR and Engineering to deliver and support powerful, flexible and dynamic business systems. Our applications are constantly evolving to meet the growing needs of our business teams. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain customized solutions within the Salesforce.com platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives
• Architect a production environment that will assure excellent service to our customers
• Review the existing systems landscape and provide guidance on optimization and automation
• Support the corporate technology organization, including managers, by driving technical design and strategy.
• Actively lead, mentor, and coach other developers
• Create detailed technical designs for complex projects
• Code, test and deploy solutions using multiple technologies
• Coordinate technical design and implementation across Engineering teams
• Act as a liaison between senior leadership and business stakeholders.
• Help evolve our project and development methodology best practices
• Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science (or equivalent)
• Salesforce.com Certified Platform Developer I and II
• Salesforce Architecture Certifications
• 4+ years of established leadership experience in Salesforce delivery
• 8+ years software development experience within Salesforce.com
• Experience with Salesforce.com development technologies (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components)
• Strong skills in web technologies - HTML, CSS, SOAP, REST, XML, JSON
• Experience with JavaScript
• Experience with database and query tools - required; MySQL, Oracle, SQL, SOQL, AWS
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ
• Expertise in modern deployment and CI/CD processes and tools - Jenkins, Git, Jira
• Effective task and project management - multitasking and balancing changing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solve Salesforce platform technical issues and problems
• Create accurate and detailed designs for other engineers to implement

Bonus Points:

• Salesforce.com Certified Platform Developer I and II
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ
• Experience leading a managed service provider
