Operations Launch Manager - Senior

About the Role

How you will contribute:

• Help redesign launch implementation process to incorporate best practices, track and report issues, and address current deficiencies and assist with establishing KPIs to report to broader organization.
• Review, communicate and escalate critical project issues with Stake Holders & Steering Committee in a timely manner. Prepare and deliver formal presentations to colleagues and management. Shares “best practices” and technical expertise.
• Schedule &/or facilitate meetings (Steering Committee, Customer, Project Team [functional specific], etc.) as required to ensure that all aspects of the initiatives are dealt with professionally and efficiently.
• Lead or participates in business process redesign teams.
• Interact with customers to solicit and test improvement ideas. Support the creation and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
• Strive to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organization to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes. Ensure that appropriate communication plans are developed and executed and implement a sustaining process and structure that will ensure all regions stay aligned to the agreed processes
• Manage relationships across business segments or multiple functional areas.
• Other duties as assigned.

 

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• BS/BA degree in Business or related field (or combination of experience and education). Education/Exposure to various lean or process improvement methodologies
• Experience in leading implementations as a Project Manager, Senior Project Manager or Manager and handling challenging customers and managing scope
• Ability to break down business processes into complex workflow/business process maps.
• Display effective brainstorming prowess and creativity.
• Knowledge of industry best practices in implementations.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to influence others (at all levels). Track record of demonstrating continuous improvement in personal and organizational domains.
• Proven meeting facilitator with skills leading productive meetings and experience mentoring, motivating, and leading team members.
• Strong communication skills Language English; Bilingual is always a plus.
• Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally up to 80% of the time

Salary Range: USD $117,00- $146,200
