Come join our Patient Access team at Johnson Memorial Hospital, a member of Trinity Health Of New England!

Every other weekend 6:45a-3:15p

Position Purpose

Completes patient registrations/pre-registration processes following department procedures. Processes include obtaining accurate demographic, insurance and patient liability information. Responsible for working with multiple department/hospital and web-based systems.

What you will do

• Perform complete and accurate pre-registrations, registration, and admission functions

• Verify insurance requirements

• Obtain and understand insurance benefits

• Ensure that all entries concerning demographic, financial and advanced directives are

• Collect non-covered fees

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum High school or equivalent

• One year experience in an accredited hospital or physician's office preferred

• Knowledge of medical terminology and medical insurances

Position Highlights and Benefits

• Part time every other weekend 6:45a-3:15p (minus lunch) for 16hrs per 2 week pay period
