International Project Manager-Medical Devices

The International Project Manager (IPM) position is a critical role that serves as an intermediary between the Medical Device organization and the Emergo Global Consulting firm. The IPM is responsible for planning and independently carrying out complex and high-level (often of a highly confidential nature) projects to achieve stated objectives. Projects may include cost studies, assessments of operations, methods, and procedures, and reviews of organization structures.

This position is HYBRID. Employees are required to be on-site 3 days a week.

Independently plan and carry out complex and high-level (often of a highly confidential nature) projects to achieve stated objectives. Projects may include cost studies, assessments of operations, methods, and procedures, and reviews of organization structures.

• Perform needs analyses to identity areas for study or opportunities for new programs.
• Develops project or program goals and strategies
• Determine methodology and development plans. Develops estimate cost, time and resource need.
• Collects data from variety of sources, evaluates, and interprets data, and draws conclusions. Conducts cost/benefit analysis
• Prepares and presents reports or program proposals which include recommendations and supporting arguments. May present reports to corporate level audiences
• Develops and implements processes, information systems, and performance measurement systems. Manages program performances by evaluating performance to standards and implementing corrective actions.
• Serves on committees and represents the viewpoint of management
• Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct, and follows all physical and digital security practices
• Performs other duties as directed

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
• Great project management and organizational skills required
• High attention to detail required.
• Salesforce or other project management software experience preferred
