Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced and personable Building Maintenance Technicians for projects located in and around Akron, OH.  This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of up to $27/hour based on experience and skill level.  If you are a Building Maintenance Technician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career! 

 

Job Scope:

• Elevator Repair and Troubleshooting

• Appliance Maintenance and Repair

• General Repairs and Upkeep

• Basic Electrical Work

• Coordinating and Communicating with Subcontractors

• Utilizing RealPage Property Management System

Requirements:

• • Prior Experience in Building Maintenance or Facilities Support

  • Comfortable with Computers and Technology (RealPage experience highly preferred)

  • Strong Communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to Work Independently and Problem Solve

  • Personable and Professional Demeanor
