What You’ll Do
As a Workday Security & Reporting Analyst, you’ll be at the forefront of system security and optimization. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and monitoring Workday security roles and access across the enterprise.
Analyzing and configuring security settings to meet evolving business needs based on role-based access control principles.
Providing primary support for security-related issues.
Collaborating with agency partners to ensure compliance with security policies.
Providing guidance to agency security partners relevant to role-based security assignments within their organization.
Leading training and communication efforts for agency security partners.
Testing and validating Workday updates and enhancements.
Serving as a subject matter expert on the Workday security and reporting team.
You’ll also contribute as a Reporting Analyst, designing, building, and maintaining Workday reports and dashboards that empower data-driven decisions across the state.

What We Are Looking For
Minimum Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science or any degree demonstrating the capacity for the knowledge and skills; and four years professional-level evaluative, analytical and planning work.
OR;
Any combination of experience and education equivalent to seven years of experience that typically supports the knowledge and skills for the classification.
*Education and/or experience must include working with HCM, payroll, or related systems.
Desired Attributes:
Proven experience supporting and administering system security, including access controls, user roles, and compliance monitoring.
Demonstrated ability in configuring, troubleshooting, and developing reports or dashboards using relevant tools and modules.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, identify trends or issues, and provide accurate solutions.
Experience working with HR or payroll systems with an understanding of statewide policies, union agreements, or compliance requirements.
