(Senior) Process Transformation Manager (f/m/d)

Our Process Transformation Team sets its purpose in the development and transformation of a sustainable and future proof organisation with a focus on process excellence and automation. Within this purpose we are dedicated towards the goal of making it efficient, successful as well as people driven.

What You Will Do

• You will be part of a highly dynamic, fast paced multicultural team driving change and digitalization
• You will support our Group and various Segments and Corporate Functions in their multiple process initiatives including process design, analysis, documentation, implementation, improvement, automation and monitoring
• You will lead the creation of an Integrated Group Process Landscape providing a process blueprint for our business and digital transformation
• You will provide methodologies, support and coordination to standardize, streamline and improve our core processes, while eliminating inefficiencies and bottlenecks
• You will manage and operate our process management and automation platforms (SAP Signavio and UiPath), incl. monitoring of current processes, implementation of change requests and user support
• You will lead and coordinate the design, development, testing and rollout of new automation initiatives
• You will drive the identification of new automation opportunities in collaboration with our business and support functions to streamline their processes, reduce manual work and focus on value-add activities
• You will further develop our process environment based on process governance and guidance, driving operational excellence, transparency and knowledge-sharing across the company

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience managing complex projects involving process management, process standardization, and process automation
• Experience with SAP Signavio
• Experience with UiPath appreciated
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills as well as strong business acumen and project management experience
• Self-motivated, organized and capable of handling multiple responsibilities and projects to successful completion, in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication as well as workshop facilitation and interpersonal skills combined with a strong hands-on-mentality
• IT skills appreciated, with a strong user-orientation
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English and German
• BPMN 2.0 and Lean Six Sigma or similar practical expertise and certifications appreciated
