Responsibilities
The Corporate Pharmacy Operations Director is responsible for enhancing hospital pharmacy operations with a focus on standardization and regulatory/accreditation compliances. Coordinates with the Vice President of Pharmacy Services, Regional Pharmacy Directors, Corporate Clinical Pharmacy Director, and hospital pharmacy leadership in the implementation, development, prioritization, and execution of compliance and operational initiatives. These responsibilities include maintaining pharmacy department resources and tools and the provision of enhanced support for sites experiencing compliance challenges.
